Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Swedish with written and spoken proficiency.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong administrative skills with accuracy when processing orders.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP advantageous.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Aufgaben

• Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and helpful support.
• Communicate confidently with Swedish-speaking customers, handling enquiries by telephone and email.
• Process standard and bespoke orders accurately, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Advise customers on product suitability and offer alternatives where items are unavailable.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and internal teams.
• Handle account queries and customer complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and secure additional orders.
• Monitor open orders, coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate customer records.
