Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish or Norwegian required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Finance/Economics/Business related degree advantageous.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with banks and institutional clients.
• Support Swedish or Norwegian speaking clients with inquiries.
• Produce client reports, market analysis and documentation.
• Monitor client activity and improve service delivery.
• Assist with investment operations and internal processes.
• Develop expertise through formal training and cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Progress toward subject-matter expertise in the area.
