Prestige Recruitment Group is seeking a Swedish Account Manager to join our growing customer service and account management team in the UK. You will be the primary contact for Swedish-speaking clients, delivering high-quality service and managing key accounts.

The role involves market research, event coordination, and administrative support, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong client relationships. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, salary £28,000-£32,000.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

As the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking accounts, you will ensure clients receive outstanding support and service through both written and verbal communication. You will also play an important role in market research, event coordination, and administrative support activities.
