Job summary
Citi is seeking a Lead (SVP) in Stability Governance within Production Management to shape and govern critical stability initiatives across the organization. You will leverage data analytics, AI, and automation to drive improvements and partner with senior leaders to align with risk and business objectives.
The role focuses on defining reporting frameworks, KPI/SLO maturation, and enterprise-wide stability standards while guiding a team of engineers and analysts in a highly regulated banking
Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional governance teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into strategic roadmaps for execs.
- Strong data governance, analytical rigor, and policy- or risk-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern monthly stability metrics reporting across business units.
- Model KPI & SLO frameworks for application stability in alignment with risk appetite.
- Leverage AI and automation to reduce toil and improve reporting efficiency.
- Establish enterprise-wide stability best practices and engineering standards.
- Lead cross-functional analyses to drive proactive stability initiatives.
- Own remediation roadmaps for high-risk systems with senior owners.
- Oversee Change Risk Index and Market Event Management processes.
- Provide program management for high-priority stability initiatives and mentor engineers.
- Lead day-to-day stability team operations with autonomous decision-making.
