  • Project & Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with projects and ad-hoc requests as required, developing broad exposure across the team's portfolio of work.
Required Skills

  • Analytical Thinking: Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn how to identify issues and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage shifting priorities and remain effective in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn new processes, tools, and methodologies, and to contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Data Literacy: Working knowledge of data analysis concepts and comfort working with datasets. Exposure to data transformation or reporting tools is a plus. An interest in developing data science skills is welcomed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
