Citi is seeking a Production Management Stability Governance Lead (SVP) to drive stability governance and enablement across global services. You will shape metrics, risk-aligned KPIs, and implement AI-powered automation to reduce toil.

The role demands strategic collaboration with senior leaders and a focus on continuous service improvement within a regulated banking environment. You will mentor engineers, govern critical stability artifacts, and steer remediation roadmaps for high‑risk systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role in IT governance, production support or risk management within banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic executive briefings and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and oversee the monthly stability metric reporting framework across business units.
• Model KPI and SLO frameworks for application stability aligned with risk appetite.
• Apply AI and automation to reduce toil and improve reporting efficiency.
• Institutionalize stability best practices and engineering standards across technology.
• Lead deep-dive analyses of stability data to drive preventative and corrective initiatives.
• Own Focus and Intensive Care programs, guiding remediation roadmaps for high-risk systems.
• Review and attest critical stability artifacts and provide program management oversight.
