Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead (SVP) for Production Management in Belfast to shape stability governance across services, markets and risk domains. You will own metrics, drive KPI frameworks, and partner with senior leaders to reduce risk and improve resilience.

In this role you will apply AI and automation to streamline reporting, mentor engineers, and steer enterprise-wide stability initiatives in a highly regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT governance, production support, or risk management.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity within banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the monthly stability metrics reporting framework.
• Model KPI and SLO for global stability alignment with risk appetite.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Establish enterprise stability best practices and engineering standards.
• Lead cross-functional analysis to drive preventative initiatives.
• Oversee Focus and Intensive Care remediation roadmaps with owners.
• Govern review and attestation of critical stability artifacts.
• Provide program management oversight for priority stability initiatives.
