Job summary

Citi Technology is seeking a Lead (SVP) in Stability Governance to shape the Production Management landscape across global platforms. You will govern reporting, model KPIs/SLOs, and drive AI-enabled automation to reduce toil while improving resilience in critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and oversee the strategic reporting framework for stability metrics across business units.
• Model and evolve global KPI and SLO frameworks for application stability.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Institute enterprise-wide stability best practices and engineering standards.
• Lead cross-functional analysis to drive preventative and corrective initiatives.
• Own remediation programs for high-risk systems with senior owners.
• Govern review and attestation of stability artifacts (e.g., Change Risk Index).
• Provide program management oversight and mentor junior staff.
• Direct day-to-day priorities of the Stability Team with autonomous decision-making.
