Job summary

Citi is seeking an Analyst at AVP level within the Production Management organization to strengthen stability and resiliency governance in CIO Production Management. You will gain hands-on experience with critical governance initiatives and collaborate with senior team members in a highly regulated banking environment.

This role offers learning opportunities across metrics, data analysis, and program support while providing hybrid work options and exposure to impactful technology governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong IT governance interest.
• Exposure to IT governance, production support, or risk management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Metrics Support: assist in the generation and preparation of monthly stability metrics and reports.
• KPI Monitoring: support monitoring of application stability KPIs and flag trends.
• Tooling & Automation: learn and utilize AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Best Practice Contribution: document and promote continuous service improvement practices.
• Data Analysis Support: assist with thematic analysis of stability data and actionable recommendations.
• Program Participation: support Focus and Intensive Care programs with data gathering and reporting.
