Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President for Production Services Application Support in London. You will lead a global production services organization, driving incident and change management, end-to-end governance, and an automation-first strategy across FX platforms and trading workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering, business, and operations to reduce operational risk, improve resiliency, and deliver on time-to-restore targets while developing talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading production services or application support across regions, follow-the-sun is a plus.
• Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management with stability gains.
• Demonstrated automation-first mindset with tooling, observability, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation processes to reduce repeats and risk.
• Drive initiatives through to completion with ownership, urgency, and quality.
• Champion automation, AI, observability to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Identify systemic issues and drive remediation with engineering partners.
• Provide leadership across FX platforms with front-to-back trade flow understanding.
• Build trusted relationships with business, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Lead a global production services organization with talent development and governance.
• Improve availability, resiliency, SLA performance, and time-to-restore.
