Job summary

CEA CAPA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Regional Operations in London, England. The role holds full P&L accountability for Europe (excl Spain) and leads a regional leadership team to drive growth, quality, and compliance across campuses and partner locations.

The SVP will align academic programs with enterprise standards, manage risks, and represent global operations in executive forums, ensuring exceptional student outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in international education or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading large, diverse, multi‑jurisdictional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term strategic direction for the Europe region.
• Hold full P&L ownership and drive revenue growth and cost discipline.
• Lead a regional leadership team and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Oversee regional programming, academic oversight, and quality assurance.
• Represent the region in external forums and partner engagements.
