Job summary
WPP Media is seeking a Senior Data Science Lead for Global Clients to drive advanced analytics, ML solutions, and performance insights. You will lead a cross-functional Data Science team, shape technical strategy, and partner with product and technology teams to deliver scalable analytics.
You will mentor data scientists, steward best practices, and champion responsible AI while aligning client outcomes with business goals across a matrix organisation.
Qualifications
- Senior Data Science Leadership: lead teams, develop technical vision.
- Deep expertise in statistical modelling, ML, AI and analytics.
- Modelling, MMM, attribution, forecasting and experimentation knowledge.
- Programming in Python/R/SQL and reproducible workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Data Science across Global Clients, ensuring robust methodologies.
- Lead, mentor and grow the Data Science team, establish best practices.
- Own the Data Science CoE/Hub portfolio and drive solution upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for new Data Science offerings and pilot projects.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client impact across engagements.
