Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director of Data Science and Solutions in London. You will lead delivery of advanced data science projects, translate complex analytical requirements into robust solutions, and contribute hands-on to modelling efforts within the Analytics team.

You will apply sophisticated data science techniques to address client challenges, enhance media effectiveness, and drive innovation in a hybrid working setup across the UK.

Qualifications

• Expert in a wide range of data science methods, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Hands-on modelling in media/marketing contexts, e.g., propensity modelling and attribution modelling.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and related tooling; familiarity with Git, GCP, Docker, and FastAPI.
• Strong data engineering understanding: ETL, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.
• Experience building dashboards and analytical tools; awareness of MLOps practices.
