Be One Homes in Bolton is seeking a Sustainable Tenancies Advisor to support older residents in sheltered and extra care housing. You will provide person-centred advice, help sustain tenancies and connect customers with services to live independently and safely.

You will work with colleagues, partners and local services to identify needs, develop practical solutions and maintain accurate records while championing equality, diversity and inclusion in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older or vulnerable customers in housing/support settings.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build trust.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and professional boundaries.
• Strong admin and digital skills including MS Office and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and low-level support to older and vulnerable customers to sustain tenancy.
• Carry out assessments and develop practical solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Create and monitor support plans; refer to specialist services when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate support.
• Promote early intervention and help customers access financial, wellbeing and housing support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with data protection.
• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion and report safeguarding concerns.
