Places for People is hiring a Housing & Wellbeing Advisor to support older people across 3 Later Life Living services in the Farnworth and Horwich areas. You will build relationships with customers, families and partners, coordinate support services and promote engagement within the community.

The role covers tenancy sustainment, lettings, rent and service charge administration, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong face-to-face customer service background.
• Experience with housing, retirement living, social care, or customer-facing roles supporting older people is desirable.
• Experience coordinating tenancy support, service plans, allocations or related housing services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tenancy sustainment activities, including lettings, rent and service charges administration.
• Manage voids, property inspections and health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with contractors and care providers to maintain a safe, high‑quality environment.
• Promote the service locally and engage customers, families and partners to reduce isolation.
• Support occupancy targets and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
