Job Description:

Acre has partnered with a sustainability-focused boutique asset manager, which is looking for an ESG operations specialist to join their London-based team.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the head of sustainable product specialists supporting with ESG fund labels, sustainability-specific reporting, ESG data analysis, as well as fund materials.

Responsibilities:

• Support fund label requirements (ISR, Febelfin) through audits.
• Conduct ESG data analysis to support key parts of the investment process.
• Advise and update firm-wide sustainable investment policies.
• Assist with client queries related to ESG/sustainability (RFP, ESG responses).

Background:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an ESG/SRI/sustainable investment operations role.
• Knowledge of French and Belgian labels and SFDR.
• Fluency in French is preferred.
