Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is assisting a growing SME residential developer on a site-based Technical Coordinator role in Windsor. You will support the Technical Manager to coordinate design information and drive the delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes.

You will liaise with architects, engineers and consultants, review drawings and specifications, manage on-site information flow, and help ensure compliance with planning conditions and building regulations for energy-efficient homes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and consultants.
• Good understanding of residential construction and development process.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive in resolving design and construction issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information from architects, engineers and external consultants.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, coordination and constructability.
• Manage information flow between consultants, subcontractors and site team.
• Respond to technical queries and resolve design issues during construction.
• Monitor drawing schedules and issue information in line with the programme.
• Liaise with planning authorities, building control, warranty providers and utility companies.
• Support the discharge of planning conditions and technical approvals.
• Attend design, technical and site progress meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with current regulations, warranty standards and company requirements.
• Support the delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient homes to a high standard.
