I am currently representing a reputable and industry leading house builder based in Basildon, Essex. This role is for aProject Technical Coordinator:

This company is recognised within the residential sector as one of the best companies to work for. They have a structured training and development programme and a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from major regeneration and small bespoke timber-frame developments. This company rarely recruit externally but have been left with no choice after a run of successful land acquisitions.

In order to be successful you will need a sound knowledge of NHBC and Building Regulations, Lifetime homes, Scheme Development Standards, Secured by Design, CDM and Code for Sustainable Homes. Computer literate with good working knowledge of AutoCAD and collaborative tools.

You will also need the following:

• Minimum 2 years developer experience
