Job summary

Unknown House Builder is seeking a Technical Co-ordinator (Civils) to lead the delivery of infrastructure for residential developments across the South Central Midlands. You will manage engineering drawings, reports and utility designs, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions.

The role requires an HND in Civil Engineering, experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, and a strong attention to detail in reviewing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering and residential development exposure.
• Experience reviewing Civil Engineering designs for housing projects.
• Good IT literacy with Office tools and engineering software.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements in housebuilding.
• Attention to detail when reviewing technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Establish private and adoptable infrastructure for developments.
• Procure, coordinate, manage and review engineering drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure cost-effective designs.
• Assist in planning applications and discharge planning conditions.
• Arrange external consultants for site surveys and investigations.
• Prepare drawings and documents for meetings and start-ups.
• Procure and manage on-site services and utilities provision.
