Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Manchester/Salford. The position offers £24,000 per year, 35 hours per week, and a permanent contract.

You will support senior leaders with diary management, travel planning, meetings and governance activities, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes efficiency, collaboration and the use of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to streamline administrative tasks

Qualifications

• The candidate will support leadership with diary management and governance tasks.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events and travel is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries and calendars across multiple stakeholders.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for leadership.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and leadership activities with minutes.
• Track actions and governance records to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Handle confidential information per policies.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools.
