Sodexo Group is seeking a highly organised Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator in Manchester. You will support the leadership team with diary management, travel planning, and governance tasks, working closely with senior leaders across Sustainability, Social Impact, Culture & Belonging, and Health & Safety.
The role emphasizes in-person meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid work and a 35-hour week.
Location: Manchester, Salford office (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Travel: Flexibility to travel as required
Contract: Permanent - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
We're looking for an organised and proactive Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator to support our Sustainability & Workplace Culture leadership team.
This is a varied role where you'll help keep the function running smoothly through diary management, meeting and event coordination, travel planning, governance support and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with the Sustainability & Workplace Culture Director and senior leaders across Sustainability, Social Impact, Culture & Belonging, Health & Safety, Quality, Business Resilience and the Stop Hunger Foundation.
