The Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator at Sodexo Manchester, Salford office supports the leadership team with diary management, travel planning and governance, ensuring smooth operations. You will organise meetings, events and leadership activities, prepare agendas and minutes, track actions and deliver timely reports.
Build relationships with clients, suppliers and industry bodies while promoting a proactive, accurate and collaborative working style.
Location: Manchester, Salford office (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Travel: Flexibility to travel as required
Contract: Permanent - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
We're looking for an organised and proactive Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator to support our Sustainability & Workplace Culture leadership team.
This is a varied role where you'll help keep the function running smoothly through diary management, meeting and event coordination, travel planning, governance support and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with the Sustainability & Workplace Culture Director and senior leaders across Sustainability, Social Impact, Culture & Belonging, Health & Safety, Quality, Business Resilience and the Stop Hunger Foundation.
