Job summary

Wolseley Group is seeking a Sustainability Projects and Reporting Manager to lead our sustainability reporting, data management and decarbonisation initiatives from our Warwick office on a hybrid basis.

You will own data collection and reporting for Scope 1-3 emissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable environmental and social value. The 12-month maternity cover role offers a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Strong understanding of CfD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM and related frameworks.
• Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting sustainability data (Scope 1, 2, 3).
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Wolseley's sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Own sustainability data management and reporting across Scope 1-3.
• Support decarbonisation and climate transition planning initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to drive governance and continuous improvement.
