Job summary

Wolseley Group is seeking a Sustainability Projects and Reporting Manager to lead our sustainability reporting, data management and decarbonisation initiatives from our Warwick office on a hybrid basis.

You will own data collection and reporting for Scope 1-3 emissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable environmental and social value. The 12-month maternity cover role offers a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Strong understanding of CfD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM and related frameworks.
• Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting sustainability data (Scope 1, 2, 3).
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics.

Our Sustainability Team plays a key role in helping us deliver our sustainability programme and drive meaningful change across the business. **Also, did we mention?** In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including...* Annual leave increasing with length of service* Generous pension scheme matched up to 9%* Potential bonus opportunities* Enhanced maternity/adoption leave* Access to healthcare, YuLife, Cycle to Work and a range of online and high street discounts **As a Sustainability Projects and Reporting Manager, you'll be responsible for:** * Leading the delivery of Wolseley's sustainability reporting and disclosures, ensuring compliance with current and emerging requirements including CfD, EU Taxonomy and other key frameworks.* Owning sustainability data management and reporting processes, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and wider environmental performance metrics.* Supporting the development and delivery of our decarbonisation programme, climate transition planning and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) activities.* Driving sustainability projects and initiatives aligned to our Sustainability Strategy, tracking progress and delivering measurable business, environmental and social value.* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst supporting sustainability governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities. This is a **12-month maternity cover position**, ideally due to commence in November or December 2026. The role is advertised as **full-time** (40 hours per week); however, **we would consider part time** for the right candidate. **And here's what we'd like you to have:** * Proven experience delivering sustainability reporting and disclosures, including annual reporting, ESG assessments and investor reporting.* Strong understanding of sustainability regulations and frameworks, including CfD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM and related requirements.* Experience collecting, analysing and reporting sustainability data, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions.* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple business functions.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex sustainability topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
