Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Sustainability Reporting Lead for a 12-month maternity cover. You will lead sustainability reporting and disclosures, own data management for Scope 1-3 emissions, and support decarbonisation initiatives across the group.

This hybrid role offers cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to advance our sustainability strategy while delivering measurable environmental and social value for our customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations and frameworks including CfD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM.
• Experience collecting, analysing and reporting sustainability data including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, able to simplify complex sustainability topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of sustainability reporting and disclosures, ensuring compliance with current and emerging requirements.
• Own sustainability data management and reporting processes (Scope 1-3 emissions) and wider environmental metrics.
• Support the development and delivery of decarbonisation programmes and SBTi activities.
• Drive sustainability projects aligned to the Strategy, tracking progress and delivering measurable value.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders supporting governance and continuous improvement.
