Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Process Engineer to advance sustainability across its Scotch production network, including Moray House and partner sites. You will lead water and energy initiatives, apply data analytics, and drive step-change improvements in carbon efficiency while balancing cost and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience leading and delivering projects within a team.
• Strong communication with a wide range of colleagues and partners.
• Full clean driving licence with over one year of driving experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience or qualification.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist water and carbon-reduction projects across the Scotch category with site teams.
• Provide technical insights to improve water and energy efficiency and meet targets.
• Benchmark internally and externally to identify innovations.
• Build collaborations across finance, HR, risk, governance, procurement and more.
• Coach others to use data, analytics and root-cause tools for structured problem-solving.
