Diageo Moray House is seeking a Process Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead water and carbon-reduction projects across our Scotch operations. You will work closely with site teams, Global Project Engineering, and key partners to drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and breakthrough performance across distilleries and maturation sites.

You will bring a Master’s in Chemical Engineering and a proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and communicate clearly with diverse

Qualifications

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience leading and delivering projects within a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Experience using statistical analysis tools and information systems.

Responsabilités

Guide and support water and carbon-reduction projects across the Scotch category with operational teams.
Provide technical insights to improve water and energy efficiency and meet environmental and cost targets.
Benchmark internally and externally to identify innovations for Scotch.
Build cross-functional collaborations to deliver integrated solutions across functions.
Champion high sustainability standards and empower teams to use data and root-cause analysis.
