Job summary

Diageo Moray House is seeking a Process Engineer on a fixed-term 12-month contract to shape the future of Scotch production. You will work with site teams, Global Project Engineering and partners to lead water and carbon-reduction projects, driving sustainability, energy efficiency and breakthrough performance across our distilleries and supply sites.

You’ll combine technical insight with collaboration, problem solving and a championing spirit to implement 2030 Spirit of Progress commitments and

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
Experience leading and delivering projects within a team.
Ability to work in partnership with diverse colleagues.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with statistical analysis tools and IS packages.
Full clean driving licence with more than one year driving experience.

Responsibilities

Guide water and carbon-reduction projects across the Scotch category to meet 2030 commitments.
Improve water and energy efficiency using data to meet environmental and cost targets.
Benchmark internally and externally to identify innovations for Scotch.
Build cross-functional collaborations to deliver complete solutions.
Champion high standards and drive step-change sustainability performance.
Coach teams to use data and root-cause analysis for problem solving.
Foster growth mindset and multi-disciplinary collaboration across teams.
