Diageo is seeking a Process Engineer at Moray House for a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role involves leading water and carbon‑reduction projects across Scotch category, partnering with operational teams and Global Project Engineering to advance Spirit of Progress commitments.

You will combine technical insight with collaborative problem‑solving, driving energy efficiency, water stewardship, and sustainable innovation across Diageo’s distilleries and supply sites.

Formación

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and assist water and carbon‑reduction projects throughout the Scotch category, delivering Spirit of Progress commitments.
• Provide technical insights to enhance water and energy efficiency and meet environmental, cost, and performance targets.
• Benchmark internally and externally to identify innovations for Scotch.
• Build strong collaborations across finance, HR, risk & governance, procurement and more.
• Champion high standards and drive step‑change sustainability performance.
• Enable confident problem‑solving using data, analytics and root‑cause tools.
• Encourage growth mindset and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
