Sustainability Manager

What do I need?

• Strong passion for ESG principles and a proactive commitment to expanding expertise in this field.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail to leverage data for performance assessment and improvement.
• Ability to turn raw data into engaging visualizations and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in producing management reports, delivering workshops, and influencing stakeholders.
• Creative thinking, solid organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred (but not essential) knowledge includes:

• ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD, and UN SDGs.
• Full GHG inventory measurement and reduction strategies.
• B Corp certification.
• ISO 14001.

What will you be doing?

The Sustainability Manager will play a key role in integrating sustainability into our business strategy and operations. Responsibilities include developing and executing sustainability strategies, enhancing data collection and reporting capabilities, and establishing policies and frameworks.

You will collaborate with various teams to embed sustainability practices across business areas, track and report ESG performance, and communicate our sustainability initiatives to stakeholders.
