What do I need?

A strong passion for ESG principles, proactive commitment to expanding expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. You should be skilled in turning raw data into engaging visualizations and reports using Power BI and Excel, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in producing management reports, delivering workshops, and influencing stakeholders is key.

If you are a creative thinker with solid organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentiality, we want to hear from you!

Preferred but not essential knowledge includes:

• ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD, and UN SDGs.
• Full GHG inventory measurement and reduction strategies.
• B Corp certification.
• ISO 14001.

What will you be doing?

The Sustainability Manager will integrate sustainability into our business strategy and operations, focusing on creating and executing sustainability strategies, improving data collection and reporting, and establishing policies and frameworks. You will collaborate with various teams to embed sustainability practices, track ESG performance, and communicate initiatives to stakeholders.
