Job summary

FAIRR Initiative is seeking an analyst to join the Research & Data team to drive company-level research across the Protein Producer Index and Seafood Index. You will collect and analyse ESG data, translate it into actionable insights, and support investor and stakeholder briefings.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to continually improve methodologies and contribute to product development for benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability research or ESG data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into structured outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• ESG Data Analysis: collect, analyse and score data using FAIRR methodology.
• Identify ESG risks, opportunities and trends for company-level insights.
• Draft structured outputs: summaries, data reports, briefing notes.
• Lead conversations with companies to explain methodology and findings.
• Monitor portfolio companies for changes, initiatives and controversies.
• Support investor members and other stakeholders with insights.
