Job summary

Schroders in London is seeking a Sustainable Investment Business Analyst to support delivery of strategic sustainability initiatives across the business. You will help improve data processes, governance and reporting, coordinating with Investment, Technology, Data, Operations, Legal and Compliance to ensure projects and regulatory requirements are met.

The role focuses on data and reporting excellence, regulatory implementation, and cross-functional project delivery, enabling efficient operation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in sustainability, data and analytics, and operational excellence.
• Decent data manipulation and handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Data and Reporting: improve data processes and controls; coordinate ongoing client and regulatory reporting.
• Operations and Regulations: support implementation of new sustainability regulations; maintain governance forums and document controls.
• Project Delivery: coordinate cross-functional projects; gather requirements and translate into practical solutions.
