Promtek Limited is seeking a Sustainability and Compliance Manager to lead our environmental and regulatory programmes at the Brindley Ford site near Stoke-on-Trent. The role includes policy development, audits, external accreditations and governance of HSE manuals, with data security oversight.

You will chair committees, report KPIs to Management, coordinate ISO-related activities, and supervise subcontractors while managing the welfare budget and site facilities.

Formación

• Postgraduate Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in sustainability and compliance programmes.
• Knowledge of health and safety, environmental regulations and related business practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain external accreditations and manage day-to-day compliance activities.
• Run internal committees and ensure actions are completed and effective.
• Maintain Health and Safety Manual and overall business environment.
• Oversee data security, building maintenance and fleet management.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage office improvement projects.
• Provide statistics to external bodies and report to Management Team.
• Measure and report sustainability performance against goals and KPIs.

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Brindley Ford, Stoke On Trent

Experience
