Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Masters Degree in a relevant subject.
• Strong leadership skills with cross-functional coordination.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external accreditations and ensure compliance across sites.
• Manage day-to-day compliance activities and resolve issues.
• Run internal committees and ensure actions are completed and effective.
• Maintain Health and Safety Manual and related procedures.
• Oversee business environment and office facilities.
• Manage employee welfare and Welfare Budget.
• Adhere to Quality Standards and manage security of building and data.
• Organise building maintenance and supervise subcontractors.
• Lead office improvement projects and efficiencies.
• Provide statistics to external bodies (ONS, PRODCON, etc.).
• Execute internal audit programme and analyse trends.
