Promtek Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Compliance and Sustainability Lead to drive our health, safety and environmental programs. You will oversee external accreditations, maintain the Health and Safety Manual, and support corporate governance across facilities in Brindley Ford and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain external accreditations and ensure compliance across sites.
• Manage day-to-day compliance activities and resolve issues.
• Run internal committees and ensure actions are completed and effective.
• Maintain Health and Safety Manual and related procedures.
• Oversee business environment and office facilities.
• Manage employee welfare and Welfare Budget.
• Adhere to Quality Standards and manage security of building and data.
• Organise building maintenance and supervise subcontractors.
• Lead office improvement projects and efficiencies.
• Provide statistics to external bodies (ONS, PRODCON, etc.).
• Execute internal audit programme and analyse trends.

Experience:

• Accustomed to writing and maintaining Health and Safety Manuals
• Accustomed to company audit processes
• Familiar with ISO standards

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
