Job summary

hana group in Chester is hiring a full-time Sushi Chef to join our kiosk team, 35 hours per week. You will prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish, and maintain high standards of food safety from early shifts starting at 6am.

You will help customers with a smile, work well in a small team, and take pride in producing high-quality, sustainable sushi. We offer ongoing training, free lunch on shift, on-site parking, and a generous holiday/pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing fresh sushi and related料理 (sic)
• Ability to handle raw fish and meat safely and hygienically
• Strong customer service and team-working skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish each shift.
• Ensure accurate labelling and allergen compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and storage areas.

Qualifications

Paying up to £13.71 per hour depending on experience
