Job summary

hana group in Shrewsbury is seeking a full-time Sushi Chef to join our kiosk at Retail Park, Hereford Rd, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury SY3 9NB. Shifts start early, with some days beginning at 6am.

You will prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish, label products for safety and compliance, and maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay.

Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
Be a skilled Multitasker in a fast-paced environment
Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
Be organised
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.
An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Paying up to £13.71 per hour depending on experience
