Job summary

Hana Group is seeking a dedicated Sushi Chef for our Chester kiosk, full-time (35 hours per week). You will prepare fresh sushi, ensure allergen safety, and help customers with a smile in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, punctual and reliable, with strong food-safety knowledge and the ability to work well in a team or alone. Early starts are required on some days; training and progression opportunities are offered across the UK and globally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including fish and meat
• Label products accurately and comply with food safety and allergen rules
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation on site
• Assist customers and provide great service
• Support early morning shifts (6am start) and work in a fast-paced environment

An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Paying up to £13.71 per hour depending on experience
