Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes according to established recipes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of sushi ingredients.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive culinary team.
