• Understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and children.
• Experience in housing, social or health care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct key works sessions and develop individual support and risk management plans.
• Assess survivors' needs and establish practical and emotional support requirements.
• Champion safeguarding following policies and report concerns to a manager.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to meet survivors' needs.
• Maintain accurate client records in INFORM.
