Colliers International’s Licensed & Leisure team is highly experienced in the UK, with extensive knowledge of the sector, including health & fitness, pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos, leisure schemes, and destinations. The team advises on acquisitions, leasing, disposals, investment, lease advisory, valuations, and M&A transactions, and has contributed to some of the UK’s most recognized leisure brands, institutional landlords, and emerging players.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Colliers Licensed & Leisure team in Birmingham. We provide valuation and lease advice to owners, lenders, and investors on various leisure assets, including pubs, restaurants, gyms, cinemas, and experiential leisure properties. Working within a small team covering the East and West Midlands, northern Home Counties, and Wales, this role is suited for a motivated and ambitious individual and offers a competitive salary and uncapped bonus scheme.
