Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Research Executive in Buckfastleigh, Devon. The role covers survey administration, data processing, analysis, reporting and client contact, with a focus on accuracy, initiative and collaboration.

Open to all levels, ideally with customer service or data processing exp, and strong MS Office skills. 37.5 hours weekly, office-based with some home-working possible. Salary £25,000–£28,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, data processing or similar.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent literacy and accuracy with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and check questionnaires for various survey modes.
• Manage production and dispatch of postal survey materials.
• Process data from paper questionnaires and perform quality checks.
• Contribute to report writing and client updates.
• Line manage data-processing staff and temporary survey staff.
