I’m excited to share an incredible opportunity to join us as a Survey Manager for the Sizewell C project, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy for the UK.
As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), you'll be directly contributing to the construction of Sizewell C, a ground-breaking 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that will provide low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes. This project is not just about constructing a power station - it’s about building a sustainable energy future, and your expertise will help make that possible.
What You’ll Do:
As the Survey Manager, you’ll oversee all survey activities at the Avonmouth hub - from setting up initial survey strategies to ensuring all topographic and engineering surveying is executed to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in land surveying and leadership within the construction environment. You’ll be proficient with the latest survey technologies and software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and GNSS networks. Experience in settlement monitoring systems and a solid understanding of geodetic requirements will be key. You’ll also have proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellence.
