Part of the LSL group of companies, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is one of the country's largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete one mortgage valuation every twenty-five seconds, thanks to our incredible team of Valuation Survey Coordinators (VSCs) who keep our surveyors' diaries full.

As a Valuation Survey Coordinator, you can expect to…

1. Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to estate agents, vendors, tenants, and property developers.
2. Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
3. Manage customers’ expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
4. Handle queries related to appointments.
5. Perform computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities with high accuracy.
6. Build and maintain good relationships with all customers, both internal and external.

Additional support from fully trained and flexible colleagues will help us meet the demands of our busiest periods and continue delivering excellent service to our clients and customers.

How flexible will the role be?

To accommodate existing study, childcare, employment, or other commitments, the work will be flexible throughout the day, evenings, and weekends. The role will be home-based, with flexible hours paid at an hourly rate. We will provide full training and IT equipment.

We require a certain level of commitment from applicants, but we will do our best to work around existing arrangements to offer a truly flexible schedule.
