Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a field-based Medical Device Sales Specialist to own the Northwest territory, targeting NHS and private hospitals within the surgical and theatre environment.

You will build lasting relationships with surgeons, theatre managers and procurement teams, promoting a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats. In a growth phase following acquisitions and new product launches, you’ll drive new business, develop and convert accounts, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales.
• Surgical/theatre sales experience advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to win and develop accounts.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Northwest territory and drive sales across NHS and private hospitals.
• Build relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses and procurement teams.
• Sell a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats.
• Develop and convert accounts in a growth-focused business.
