Zusammenfassung

Unipharmedtech seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of a specialist surgical devices portfolio across an assigned UK region, with a focus on laparoscopy, colorectal, upper GI and general surgery. You will steer regional plans, grow sustainable sales, and provide high-level clinical, technical and commercial support throughout the adoption process.

Qualifikationen

• Significant medical device sales experience (5+ years)
• Experience leading field-based sales teams and achieving regional targets
• Strong planning, forecasting and pipeline management skills
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic accounts and relationships with surgeons, procurement and clinical leads
• Excellent CRM discipline and data-driven reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK

• Take ownership of regional sales performance and targets across the region
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national objectives
• Lead, coach and motivate the regional field sales team
