Advanced Medical Solutions seeks a commercially driven Surgical Sales Executive to grow its wound closure and surgical sealant technologies across NHS and private healthcare. You will work with leading UK surgeons, influence practice, and build long‑term partnerships to improve patient outcomes.

The role focuses on driving profitable sales growth by developing existing customers, securing new opportunities, and increasing adoption of our innovative portfolio through strategic account management

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or surgical products.
• Experience selling into operating theatres and NHS environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and account-management capabilities.
• Excellent territory planning and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across NHS and private healthcare.
• Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and convert them into wins.
• Protect and grow existing accounts while expanding adoption of premium products.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clinical training within theatres.
• Develop flagship reference centres and developer clinical champions.
