BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Surgical Business Development Manager in the UK market. The role offers a £60-65K OTE with a £600/month car allowance, reflecting a high-ownership position in your territory and a direct impact on growth.

You will build relationships with surgeons and theatre teams, win NHS and private hospital accounts, and drive adoption through in-theatre support and product evaluations.

Qualificações

• Medical device or surgical sales experience in hospitals.
• Confidence in theatre and with hospital buying processes.
• Full UK driving licence required.

The package:

• £40-45K basic
• £20K commission
• £600/month car allowance
