USPI’s Shrewsbury Surgery Center is seeking a temporary Surgery Scheduler to manage pediatric and adult case scheduling and assist with insurance verification as needed. The role requires precise coordination to support daily operations and patient care.
Schedule all procedures, coordinate with surgeons and OR staff, ensure room turnover efficiency, and maintain punctual, professional communication. This temporary assignment runs 09/18/2026 through 02/26/2027, with weekday hours 8:00am–4:30pm.
This is a temporary assignment for 5 months.

The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for scheduling pediatric and adult patients for the surgery center and assists with insurance verification when needed. The Surgical Scheduler must display excellent telephone etiquette as he/she manages calls of utmost importance to providing quality and continuity of individual patient care.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Temporary assignment: 09/18/2026 - 02/26/2027
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
